2023-24 Financial Aid Forms

Starting March 1, 2023, the Office of Financial Aid will be using CampusLogic Student Forms, an online process, to complete financial aid verification documents and appeals. This new easy to use process will enable you to:

Complete your financial aid forms on your phone, tablet or computer
Securely upload documents from any device
E-sign documents (your parent can too)
Receive automated reminders about outstanding tasks and next steps.

There is a one-time account creation for first time users. You鈥檒l be asked for some basic information when creating your account.听 This information is used to validate your identity so that your electronic signature can be used on future forms. Students must have a completed FAFSA on file for the 23-24 school year to access the system.听

Follow the steps below to access to setup your account:

Go to .
Click on the “Create Account” link.
Enter/Confirm your student information. Be sure to provide your mobile phone number and “opt-in” for text communications.
Click the “Create Account” button.
Log into your account.

Once your account is created, any required tasks you need to complete will become available.
